These terms apply to every purchase from Obsi Scripts ("Obsi", "we") through this website. By buying, downloading or using our resources you agree to them.
1. Who sells to you
Payments are processed by Tebex Limited, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Tebex handles billing, tax and receipts, and its own checkout terms apply to the payment itself.
2. What you buy
You buy a licence to use a FiveM resource ("script") on servers you own or operate. You do not buy the copyright in the code. Each licence is tied to the Cfx.re account used at checkout and is delivered to that account's keymaster.
3. What you may do
- Run the script on your own FiveM servers, including development and test servers.
- Edit configuration, locale and open (unescrowed) files to fit your server.
- Ask a developer you employ to modify it for your server, under these same terms.
4. What you may not do
- Resell, share, leak, re-upload or give away the script or its source, modified or not.
- Remove or bypass Cfx.re asset escrow or any licence check.
- Publish derivative work built substantially on our code.
- Use the script in breach of the Cfx.re Platform License Agreement or Rockstar Games' terms.
Breaking these rules ends your licence immediately, without refund, and we may revoke access through Cfx.re.
5. Updates and support
We publish updates through the same keymaster asset and provide support on our Discord for scripts that are still listed in the store. Support covers installation and bugs in our code — not custom development, third-party resources or heavily modified copies.
6. Compatibility
Each product page lists the frameworks and dependencies it supports. Please check them, and ask on Discord, before buying. FiveM, frameworks and third-party resources change outside our control; we fix incompatibilities in our code on a best-effort basis.
7. Liability
Scripts are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue or data, or server downtime arising from their use. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here on the date of your purchase applies to that purchase.
